Hey there!  I'm Bev - a 10 year old (I’m a leapling!) photographer, born and raised in California.  I love to go on adventures and hang out with my husband and our two kitties. 

I tend to collect hobbies and cycle through them, but photography has been a constant since childhood—aside from a few breaks here and there for life events. :)

I don’t remember exactly when I started taking photos, but I have boxes full of old prints from my middle school years, all taken with a simple point-and-shoot camera. When I started college, I took photography courses at my local community college and fell in love with darkroom photography. I dreamed of having my own darkroom one day, and now, nearly 20 years later, that dream has finally come true. I develop and print my own black-and-white photos at home—but I still shoot digital too! I use whatever best suits the scene or the image I’m trying to capture.

I love photographing street scenes, bands and musicians, food, and landscapes—a little bit of everything. "Lifestyle photographer" feels like the best way to describe what I do.
